All items are handcrafted. Although we strive for perfection, there may be unintentional imperfections. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at mjay@mjaycreatez.com.
Exchange Policy
We have a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or refund. We are not able to accept returns currently unless items are defective or damaged.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition, and in its original packaging. Clothing items must be unworn, unwashed and free from any body odor or fragrance. Tumblers or other personalized items are not eligible for returns.
To start the return process, contact us at returns@mjaycreatez.com with proof of purchase and defect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at mjay@mjaycreatez.com.

Defective/Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Refunds
You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Keep in mind that it can take time for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
